About The Event
Pentecost is the special celebration of the establishment of the Church of Jesus Christ. The momentous events are described in Acts 2, including the gift of the Holy Spirit to believers and the baptism of thousands who turned to Jesus Christ in repentance, seeking after eternal life in union with Christ and the Father.
DATE: Sunday June 16, 2024
TIME: Worship services at 10:30 am, approx. 1.5-2 hrs
* A financial offering will be collected during the service for those wishing to make an offering.
VENUE: Ellenbrook Christian College, 'G' Block
LUNCH: Potluck lunch afterwards. Please bring something to share.
EVERYONE WHO WISHES TO ATTEND IS INVITED. THIS IS A NON-DENOMINATIONAL CELEBRATION WITH ATTENDEES FROM DIFFERENT CHURCHES.
THEREFORE REGISTRATION IS A MUST SO THAT WE CAN MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS FOR SEATING AND THE MEAL.
This day also happens at the time of the Two-Year Anniversary of our church congregation - Living Waters Church of God.
